The focus of the 2011 Central Arizona DBE Conference is Education, Access, and Visibility. Education regarding access to capital, changing federal requirements, and the future emphasis of regional partners. Access to FHWA and ADOT leadership, prime contractors and consultants, and business technical assistance. Visibility for primes and subs as they showcase their capabilities via the exhibit hall and through informal and structured networking sessions. Participation at the conference and in networking sessions will count toward contractors’ and consultants’ good faith efforts.
