Evolving Delivery Methods
The Impact and the Outcome to the Design and Construction Industry
On September 1, 2011,the Alliance for Construction Excellence (ACE), at Arizona State University brought together eleven construction industry thought-leaders from around the country in an intense all-day Think Tank to address the questions:
- Does the recent market cycle have the potential for real structural change in the manner construction projects are delivered?
- Will contract delivery methods be affected and if so, how far will the industry transform?
- Will the industry return to the progressive project delivery methods after recovery; and if not, what delivery methods will prevail?
- What impact to the industry and for how long going forward?
