Congratulations to Michelle Fulcher with Organized Affair!  Michelle was name Meeting Planner of the Year by Meeting Planners International.  She serves as subconsultant to The Idea Gardener under the ADOT DBE Supportive Services On-call Consultants Contract and has already proven to be a tremendous resource for ADOT.  Michelle’s efforts for ADOT include the planning of the Northern Arizona Conference and upcoming FHWA/ADOT National DBE Workforce Development Workshop.  Great job, Michelle, for such richly deserved recognition!
