The Arizona DBE community is comprised of strong women and minority leaders that have successfully leveraged creativity, innovation, and perserverence to succeed in today’s difficult economic climate.  These women and men embody the entrepreneurial spirit Arizona is known for.  Each quarter a different company will be selected for recognition.  Look for our first DBE Trailblazer to be recognized in June 2010 with the launch of the ADOT Quarterly Recognition Program!
