Professional services consultants play a critical role in the development of ADOT projects.  As the State seeks greater federal assistance in these early phase projects, partnering with the consultant community is a key component to ensuring success.  ADOT seeks to recognize those consultant organizations that demonstrate their leadership and commitment to fostering an environment of DBE inclusion.
