Title VI
Any person, who believes his /her Title VI protection has been violated, may file a complaint. Contact Lucy Schrader, ADOT Title VI Program Manager, at the ADOT Civil Rights office for answers to your questions regarding discrimination.

Contractor Compliance
The ADOT Contractor Compliance Program provides assistance to ADOT contractors and consultants at all tiers regarding DBE and EEO compliance. Please contact Deanna Graham if you have any questions regarding reporting requirements or contractual issues.

The Federal Workforce Compliance Program encompasses External EEO, On-the-Job Training, and the ADOT OJT Supportive Services/Pre-Apprenticeship Program. ADOT is committed to ensuring nondiscrimination in the employment practices of its federal aid highway construction contracts, providing equal employment opportunities for those entering the highway construction industry, and training for those seeking a career in the highway construction industry.
