Notice of Community Meeting
Arizona Department of Insurance (ADOI) has received a grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to increase public awareness and information about health insurance premiums for individuals and small employers. ADOI is holding a series of meetings throughout the state with Arizona residents to find out your comments, questions and concerns about health insurance premiums. All the meetings are open to the public.

Note: These meetings are held pursuant to A.R.S. § 38.431.01. Notice is given to the general public that the Arizona Department of Insurance is holding three community meetings at the times and dates noted above. The purpose of these meetings is to gather public input on individual and small group health insurance rates, and no legal action ( as defined in A.R.S. § 38-431(3) will be taken.
Persons with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation such as a sign language interpreter, by contacting the Arizona Department of Insurance Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator (602) 364-3100. Requests should be made as early as possible to allow time to arrange accommodation.
Public Notice: 100% of this project is financed with federal money. The total grant award is $1,000.000; however, spending is limited to $550,441.00, which is the amount in the budget ADOI submitted with its grant application. None of the project is financed by non-governmental sources.
